Is the coaching online or in person?

All coaching sessions take place online via video call. You just need a stable internet connection and can participate comfortably from home.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

After completion you receive a summary with your personal plan and concrete next steps. Many clients continue independently or book individual follow-up sessions.

Can I combine coaching with other offerings?

Yes, coaching and digital products complement each other perfectly. Many clients use the Hormone Reset Guide or the Perimenopause Protocol as companion material.

Does coaching replace medical treatment?

Coaching is health guidance, not medical treatment. Dr. Verena provides evidence-based recommendations but does not replace diagnostics and therapy from your treating physician.
